Yun shield and Uno problem

I have recently acquired a Yun shield for my Uno compatible board, but I have a problem in recognizing the Uno. It always says unknow, and forcing 328p in settings does not help either.
Uno board is 100% working and I had no problem with the pins before.

I put the jumper on pins as advised on the wiki :

I borrowed different Uno board and it worked flawlessly, but mine doesn't work.

I think it is something with SPI. I also have read this instructions, but I don't know what else should I do after diagnostics :

Do you have any clear instructions on steps I could take ?

P.S. Do you have some official firmware repository for Yun shield? I can't seem to find it anywhere.
