Really Need Help

I purchased a MECreator Last week from a local shop was having issues getting things going then started to make some progress. The issues were mostly quality related.

Well as of now this printer is acting possessed. I send a calibration job to it and it is doing something not even remotely like what the calibration job.

I have reset the power and cleared what I know and still same thing.

Can someone help me reet to factory default and maybe provide some baseline settings that I can start wth to at least get something printed
