suggestion for GEEETECH SUPER DIAMOND EXTRUDER 3in1

Post by alfvv12 » Sat Dec 12, 2020 4:57 pm

hi.

i am dummy and newbie. i bought, tested and sold some of your printers.
A10T, A10M, A20M, A20T.

with ALL of them i have problems with the extruders and the flow of filament are not satisfied and always blocked.

it seems, the construction of these extruders are not really good.

a) for A20M (or only A30M???) you have checked this problem and your sold the SKU:700-001-1163 y-type extruder.

b) for A20T 3in1 no solution?
why you dont sell a working diamond nozzle 3in1?

i bought otherwhere a diamond 3in1 nozzle (see picture 1) and will try to install it on the A20T. hope it works.

in this diamond extruder there is a big nozzle as one part, nozzle and heating-block together. this is good but also bad, the change of the nozzle is only possible if the whole extruder is deinstalled.

it could be very simple. the heat-block-nozzle could be redesigned, a hole on the bottom and the possibility to screw in a normal nozzle. i have not the tool to make a hole for the nozzle. hope you understand my urban english. (picture 2)

perhaps better the other nozzle (picture 3)

this would be the highl-level geeetech extruder 3in1. i am waiting to a good solution ... pls.

hope you will think about this suggestion.

Printers are great especially the 3d ones. If you know someone who can do the job recommend them to go to best resume writing service to make sure they'll be hired
