BLTouch firmware kills OCTOPi/OctoPrint?

Post by lmcmulle » Sun Jan 26, 2020 2:02 am

Hi...

I had a OctoPi controlling my A20T... and after updating to BLTouch Firmware (from provided HEX not from source), the OctoPi doesn't connect to the printer anymore. The printer reboots when OctoPi tries to connect and it never makes a connection.

I tried getting it to work and after homing the extruder continues to lower into the bed until I shut things down. The BLTouch also looks like it has an error light on (blue LED). Is the firmware a more recent HEX file?
