Just for closure, Tony at Geeetech was able to send me a new hot end. Swapped it in and I am now able to use all 3 extruders.

Unfortunately I have the same problem and that for the second time, I've already replaced the hotend.
With me the same hot sink is in my opinion not cooled properly, a plug keeps forming in the Teflon hose.
I have already installed a second fan on the left side of the hot end, which improved the situation for a while, but unfortunately it's the same again in the meantime.
Is there a way to cool the hotend properly?
I print a lot with PETG and 235 °.
