update gt 2650 v4 marlin to tmc2208

hi there , I just replace a4998 with tmc2208 but couldn't find any marlin with gt 2650 v4 for a20m all are v3. some help will be welcome.

Source code for v4 is the same as v3. I've already installed tmc2208 on my v4 and all is ok. But don't forget, that if 2208 is on extruder, you shouldn't activate linear advance!
