Hi,
I would like to test TMC2208 in UART mode for both extruder.
I understand how to solder and cable the TMC2208 but I am stuck on wich pin to use on the 2560 board ? and wich configuration is required in Marlin 2.0 ?
Any advice, links, help are welcome !
TMC2208 UART mode
Re: TMC2208 UART mode
On my version 3 GT2560 there is an ADC header (with pins) and a spot for a UART header with nothing solderd in place. I cannot find anything on what these are for and if they might provide what I need for TMC2208 or other UART connected Stepper drivers. Anyone know what the pinouts for these things are or if they are being used by another onboard device downstream? Thanks!
Re: TMC2208 UART mode
Same for my board.
ADC is often used to indicate Analog to Digital Converter, so I dont think it is suitable for UART.
