I have sent an email to the help service which still hasn't replied. I have an a20m printer and whenever I start the print it heats up properly, however, then goes to center, goes back to auto home and displays "TEMP TOO LOW". Therefore, I can't even start the 3d print.
Also, I have PVA as a support material and it never prints for some reason/does not extrude.
I have visited a similar forum complaint but that still did not help
The 3d printer is a very important part of my life. PLZ HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, regarding the print temperature of the nozzle, you need to adjust it.
If your nozzle does not heat up, you need to check that your nozzle wiring is fully connected;
The thermistor at the hot end is then measured.

It heats up fine. Both plate and extruder heat up.
But then when it starts the E1 requirement drops to 0 and then it stops and displays TEMP TOO LOW.

It happens to me when I make this mistake in Cura:

I want to print with one color only, I select Ext1, then I add some support and by default sometimes it selects the other color for support, if I do not change it to same model color then I have the same issue, it prints the support and then stops heating.

Hi, this is me. Very sorry about the delay. It seems I have fixed the problem by changing the start and end gcode to what it is supposed to be for Marlin. When I start the print it works just fine but then I came downstairs and noticed that the printer head was "printing" but no filament was coming out. So, it was just floating and nothing printed. Is this just a clog in the extruder?

Hey man! I had the same issue and I changed extruders andnow it works. I think it's because the extruder doesn't have its own hotend. Do you know how to work your way around it? help would be greatly appreciated.

I had this issue but resolved it because I enabled a few different temperature settings in cura. They mustve caused the printer to have conflicting conditions but when I disabled them only leaving the core temp settings like print temp the my A10m started printing normally again. Hope this helps

essentially it is an issue with the way CURA deals with multi extruders. It tries to be clever and switch the temperature down on the first extruder when using the second. As a result the temp of the (one) nozzle cools and the printer cuts out.

It can be resolved in 2 ways;

1 - set all the temps including the standby temps to the same extrusion temperature
2 - follow the guidance in the youtube video and all a post processing script to remove the code that turns off extruder 1
