1. I reset to factory settings
2. I have adjusted the bar clamp
3. I changed the firmware
4. I changed the feed rate of the bar and added / removed rollback
everything is completely cleaned.

Hi, It seems that the distance between your two gears is too close,
you can try to adjust the distance properly;
then adjust your printing speed (reference range 30-60mm / s).
I hope this can help you.

This happens when the filament does not find an outlet, or is fed too quickly.

So it's worth it:
  1. Level the heated bed,
  2. Adjust the gap between the nozzle and the heated bed surface,
  3. Adjust the temperature of the hot end,
  4. Check that the Teflon Bowden tubes are properly cut and sufficiently deep seated,
  5. Clean the entire hotend, it must not be clogged in whole or in part,
  6. When the filament is of poor quality, similar problems can happen,
  7. Perform extruder calibration.
