Filament of E0 can't pass through & Disable Mixing

Post by krmmr » Thu Jul 18, 2019 5:32 pm

Just got a new A20M and did 2 Prints. The Dog which was on the SD Card with the Mixing function which turned out quite cool.
Then i printed a Statue in a filament using E1.
Today i tried printing a lizard with two Colors (sliced using Cura). But the A20M always used the one Color i set the Mixing option to, for both colors. Cura sliced it fine and in Cura i can also see that both colors are used in the prepare tab.

When i changed the mixing on the printer itself to the other extruder, he printed all in that color.. how can i disable that mixing?

Also when i changed to the E0 i noticed that the filament can pass through the nozzle and nothing is getting print.. i know nozzles can clogg but on my other printer it clogged one time in a year.. after 2 prints a clogged nozzle..? How can i clean it up? i tried to remove the ptfe tube of the E0 Hotend Part but i wasnt able to get it out.. also after unscrewing the quick plug thing i was not able to get the tube out... any ideas?

Thanks everyone! i really dont want to send it back to amazon because of this.. already installt a 3dtouch and everyting working fine else..
