can't connect USB ---> iMac

I had old version of A20M, but it works too much( bed going up and down, can't adjust anymore and hottend to replace ), i decided to buy new one .
With this new one, i decided to put the 3Dtouch but i need to upgrade firmware . My mac doesn't seem to see the printer . Is it possible to do it with the Micro SD card ? or do you have the solution to see the printer on the Mac ( macOS High Sierra 10.13.6 ) .
