No my Y motor act as they should, but my extruder also makes my Y axis move but lot slower, it acts like the extruder motor works but then on my Y axis.

So far the z-axis homes correct to the end stop also the x axis is correct it homes to the end stop.
For the y axis its homes to the end stop but it should go to the center.

Whatever I change, the printer still goes to the same wrong spot when homing in. I changed every setting in repertier or printrun and I also changed the code. But it keeps on going in the same spot. I think I have to alter something in the source code but I don't know what exactly. Hope anybody know...

Yep changed it in various ways. It keeps homing to the same position.

Hello, In Repertier or Prontrun you can set you're homing position to start printing. I'm not able to succeed in this. The extruder goes to my endstop and my printbed also goes to my endstop. Tried in Windows 8.1 with arduino 1.0.1 and the firmware uploaded perfectly.
Everything loaded up correctly. now to fix the z axis from being stuck.
