You will no doubt come across more problems ( thats the world of 3d printing) but you sound pretty clued up to solve them, if not some one on here might be able to give you some tips

How did you calibrate the z axis?
Going by the pics, your first layer height is 0.3 but it looks like your nozzle is too high from the bed.

hi, im no expert but i can try and help. does the extruder gear turn properly when there is no filament inserted? could be that its not gripping the filament tight enough, some people i believe have put a shim under the spring to make it tighter. you dont want it too tight because that will damage t...

What speed are you printing at? Also what is your first layer speed? Because that makes a big difference to your first layers sticking

the t rex was my last print, had to be in transparent because thats all i got and that was done in two pieces with NO SUPPORTS!!!
i love models with no supports!

just thought i would share some of my prints i have done on my Pro W and hopefully encourage peeps not to give up on it.
my printer is not perfectly calibrated or fine tuned, also not the best cooling fan but still pleased with the results.

looks like the heatbed or hotend is reaching max temp which then shuts if off (safety feature)
might want to check the wiring of both and also firmware to see what the max/min temps are set at.

Have you changed the firmware to work with the sensor?
You will have to adjust the firmware to "turn it on" and probably disable the manual mesh bed leveling
