1.Make sure your bed temp reaches 100~110 degree when you're printing with ABS.
2.Check if the distance between the nozzle and the bed is too large.
3.You can try spreading some ABS glue on the surface of the platform.

Re: Firmware for geeetech 3D printers
Hello, I just bought and put together a prusa i3 aluminum, and am having the reversed x and y stepper motor problem. I downloaded and changed the relevant firmware file, and using win7 and arduino version 1.0.1 as recommended absolutely cannot upload the firmware. It seems to be a usb connection pr...

Re: Firmware for geeetech 3D printers

Re: Homing Problem after activation Auto Bed Leveling
Did you watch the following video? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7aav0i5cOL4 I remembered the sensor will be waiting for heating at the last measured point(that is the point you mentioned?) after it finished all the points. Also, the printing position at the beginning is determined by the place whe...

Re: Printing problem-who can help me?
Hello everyone, I have a recurring problem on every print... It seems a periodic disturbance to the mechanics but it's all ok. I will upload a pic of the problem because it is difficult to describe the ridges that form. Anyone have the same problem or know how to fix it? Thanks N.M. Hi, Look...

Re: Heating element is causing the 10A fuse to blow
Hi, You'd better change a 10A fuse first,do you have a spare one? I have replaced the 10A fuse with a working one and tried it again, but it blew it again. I have an image on how red the wires for the heating element get before it blows, I have also followed this http://www.geeetech.com/forum/viewt...

Re: Abnormal Z Axis movement
Seems the z axis layer height increases work OK, as seen in the pic, until a certain point. Then it seems to be less than that required as the nozzle is printing the layers and is also pushing the molten filament around. Thus the result seen on the pic. So,i wanna know, every object has the same pro...
