OK, now since you got reasonable voltage and power to the board, now try swapping the 2 ribbon cables on the LCD to try and wake that up. Motors won't do anything till you're able to tell it to.

For the benefit of others that "may" make the same stupid mistake, I found the error with the temps. The thermistor and power were reversed, Extruder1 to thermistor 2. Please try to use spacer. Zhangxueyou, I tried installing the LCD Panel as you suggested but it just isn't solid enough. Especially when trying to press the menu selector knob to execute a command.
