I think the answer was to put the file in a directory where I knew there were no special characters. I had already given it admin rights. The only other thing I did was to put the SD card in the back of the printer, which I hadn't done previously. Anyway - after all that, it worked a treat :) Thanks...

Hold on - sorted it. The unresponsive screen was due to the screen not being calibrated I pressed randomly around and started getting into the menus With a bit of luck, I found the right menu for screen calibration and managed to work out where it thought the button was When I recalibrated my screen...

@discopants9 I extracted the toolkit straight to C:\ so it went into a folder called Toolkits I also made sure the SD card was in the back of the printer The Toolkit now runs fine @sean I ran the toolkit fine and it seemed to upgrade the firmware to 1.35.56 However, then I did an upgrade on the LCD ...

Apologies for the delay - work went mad for a while !
I sorted the issue with stick glue - I don't think the adhesion to the bed was good enough.
Not sure why it was only manifesting on this model but hey hoThanks for the help :)
