Hi,
your problem is that the z-axis movement is inverted for the auto-leveling. So it moves up and wonders why there is no contact of the level sensor. I cant find the solution i found back in the days. but somewhere for the A10M or so you have to look for "inverted z-Axis"

Hi,
had the same issue.
Just check the start g-code of the cura machine settings. There are all three extruders configured. You just need wipe that code out and it will work correctly.
