I like to know, why Geeetech didn't made it possible to control fan speeds of chassis fan and extruder fan? The GT2560 V4 has 4 fan connectors with 3 seperate pwm pins. Take a look at the backside of the mainboard. I can't believe that it's possible to flash a bootloader using the 9pin header. To me it looks like it is to connect x,y,z max endstops.
