I got now thw info how to connect the programer to the LCS screen connector. I tried but didn´t suceed. See here:

Does anybody know how to connect the USBTiny ISP with the GT2560 board V4?
I know the PIN´s from the USbtiny but i cant find anything where to connect with the board

I have to flash my board with a new bootloader. The new borad GT2560 V4 doesnt have the 6 pin connector anymore.
I can not find anywhere information how to connect the programmer with the board.

I am having the same issue. I think anyhow the printer has to know the difference in height between nozzle and 3dtouch because the distance is not fixed. From my understanding the z offest setting should do this but no matter what you write (and save) there has no influence to the distance nozzle-be...
