Re: A10M Hot-end -- Very Bad clogging at Nozzles

Ball bearing, 1 or 2, apparently stuck in solid gunk.

Can Acetone dissolve this gunk to free up the ball check-valve
to function properly?
Cannot drill out unless diamond-tipped drill is used.

Re: A10M Hot-end -- Very Bad clogging at Nozzles

Possible to get diagram (photo showing A10 below) of A10M hot-end that may show
ball-bearing inside heater block acting as check valve. Thanks.

P.S. -- Best only front view of A10M diagram.

Re: A10M Hot-end -- Very Bad clogging at Nozzles

Also confirm any ball-bearing(s) inside aluminum heater block after 2 pairs of grub screws removed
(blue arrow with blue text). If none, advisable to drill straights through?

Actual photo here amended. Thanks.

Re: A10m Weird Printing

Not using PLA filament all the while. Have been talking about Nylon PA66 filament for days. The issues are printing even at 10 mm/s and either black or white Nylon filament (each oozing from extruder at 260 deg C) ONLY can get 2D print even after 2 hours 25 minutes printing of mini Octopus. On green...

Re: A10M Slic3r profile

Yes, both mini Octopus and A10M Fan cover on BOTH slic3r and Skeinforge produce same 2D results

Re: A10M Slic3r profile

No clogging found when either White or Black Nylon filament was selected for 3D printing, since they were oozing out from single extruder while reaching 260 deg C. In fact, stringing of black PA occurred during printing of A10M Fan Cover as 2D iso 3D. Query is how to overcome 2D printing to realisti...

Re: A10M Slic3r profile

Am okay with temperatures stated in your reply. My query is why extruder cannot rise up above 1 mm from hot bed despite 38.4 mm shown on green LCD screen. No 3D octopus was printed except only white nylon imprint left on hot bed, i.e. Z-axis cannot rise above 1 mm. Same with A10M Fan Cover using bla...
