It is broken.

My A20T arrived with the same piece broken in the exact same manner. I sent a message to Geeetech this morning, waiting for a response but it is very early for them right now.

My Z Axis holder (upper part) is loose. I have only the two little screws but I do not see any part that can hold it tight. Is this something normal or just an error in the construction process. How can this be fixed? Thank you.

Thanks, but I didn‘t just need the nozzle, but assuming a new hotend as the nozzle is not removable. I am afraid the threaded is flawed as the nozzle moves, but did not come out of the lower part of the hotend. Therfore I was wondering if there is a higher quality hotend available for the A20. Or ev...
