Dear all, I have the issue that I have a enourmous Backlash in Z Axis. I can move the Z-Glider for about 2mm up and down without moving the Stepper. Any ideas how to tighten the Z-Axis?

Yes, both heat beds are connected like this. Pad 1 is free, Pad 2&3 are connected.
