I was hoping for a little more than that, like maybe someone that has flashed a bootloader to this board and can share the hookup.

I have the same problem and have asked Tech support for help and got no reply! I mistakenly tried to load a Hex file WITH bootloader and now have no communication with the printer. It seems from everything I have read that the GT2560 Rev A & B had a SD Card connector you could use to flash a new boo...
