I also had lots of problems with my i3 pro C, But the good thing was that the geeetech people were very helpful to sort them out. As it was mentioned above you need to spend a lots of time to understand your printer and how to use it, Ive spent hours to read about 3d printing and what to do and don'...

I had the same problem along with lots of other problems! i acualy noticed that the 2 shaft that holds the extruder and X motor were quit tight where it goes to the X motor side, i used the files and losened them a little bit ( becarful not to file too much just take the paint away softly) and used ...

After going through the whole manual found all the wires but it would have been good to have a sketch of what goes where that the users dont have to waste so much time.
