I am installing the firmware and the LCD screen is always 2 blocks of row without any reaction sounds. I checked the forums but it looks like nobody has this issue for this printer. Can anybody tell me what is wrong?

I am using windows 10 and here are some issues. Unfortunately I even could not start using this software. -From setting I choose printer as Rostock 301, then I click apply or OK. However it automatically returns to MeCreator 2 settings. -The down buttons of Print settings menu is not visible at all....
