Re: 3d Touch sensor : uneven auto level
I agree with the above. It was working for me and now it's not. I'm getting much better results by not using the G29 leveling and just doing it manually. I'm not sure if it's firmware, hardware, or both. I just know I'm tired of messing with it.

Re: 3d Touch sensor : uneven auto level
Here's the thread. They don't seem to think it's a firmware problem. I'm pretty sure it is.

Re: Extruder is hopeless and this is why
There are all-metal parts to replace all this that work very well.
Re: firmware
I forgot, there is another setting that needs to be changed. I don't have it in front of me, but it lets the head travel past the Z endstop. That will let you get to where you need to be. Otherwise it stops at zero instead of -1 where you need to be.

Re: 3d Touch sensor : uneven auto level
I have the same issue in the same area. I think it is a firmware problem. I've opened a dialog with the firmware creators to see what's going on.

Re: 3d Touch Calibration
You are doing it right. It's the Z_PROBE_OFFSET_RANGE_MAX that was the problem. It has to be set higher, like 0 or 25. It defaults to -5, and we need around -1.5, so it won't let us get the number we need.

Re: 3d Touch Calibration
That's fine. The latest versions of the firmware use a range of -20 to 20.

Re: Another Extruder issue....
Understandable. When you feel up to it there are a few things I would check. First of all, make sure that thermistor is in the right spot. If it has slipped out of the block, even a little bit, it will read too low and the machine will keep heating. I had this problem and ended up melting some of th...

Re: Another Extruder issue....
I have had it with this garbage. Received a brand new hot end from the ebay seller, connected it and tested a print. NO FUCKING LUCK!!!!!! The filament is bubbling and splurting even at 180 degrees!!!! It just forms a bubble at the end of the nozzle and eventually begins to extrude but comes out in...

I wouldn't think so. I think those firmwares are for the GT2560 specifically. You could always try modifying the stock firmware instead.
