Yes, I do confirm I've fixed Z level issue when extruders switch. Now when I do it manually/by code with T0/T1 codes, Z levels are right. Reuploaded firmware with Arduino 1.0.1 and... nothing!! It's going on not working with the 2nd extruder. More! Additional informations ... The problem occurs regardless whether or not I use ABL. I also tried to apply gcode M420 (mesh smoothing) unsuccessfully.
