Replacement GTM32 pro board not printing right
Just received and installed a replacement control board on my M201. Tried printing on it and it starts fine but starts doing its own thing after a couple of minutes. I'm linking videos of the issue. One shows printing from the SD card with gcode from Simplify3D the other is tethered with Geeetech's ...

Re: M201 Crushing Z endstop with lead screws
Could I get a response?
Is this potentially a problem with how the firmware was programmed or is it a most likely a hardware failure of the main board?
Either way, what are my options for getting this fixed?

Re: M201 Crushing Z endstop with lead screws
I think you are right with the board being bad. I redid to solder and after I hooked everything up, it's acting as if the limit switch is always triggered. There is no short between the leads. What are my options for getting a replacement? Is changing to the new board possible? (I see that it would ...

Re: M201 Crushing Z endstop with lead screws
Since re-flashing the Firmware didn't change anything, does that mean I'm going to need a new control board? If that is the case I would like to get the replacement set up as soon as possible so I can get the printer working again.
Thanks
Thanks

Re: M201 Crushing Z endstop with lead screws
Thanks for the reply.
I tried reinstalling the firmware but it didn't change anything. (Rev B board)
Here are some pictures of the board:

Re: M201 Crushing Z endstop with lead screws
Replaced the endstop with a new one and still happens. At this point I can only think that it's a fault with the firmware. It seems like they set it to travel x steps past the switch trigger rather than x mm so the steps per millimeter has no effect when homing

Re: Geeetech Prusa I3 2-in-1-out hotend for Pro X
I'm pretty sure your board supports dual extruders so it can be done, it'd just take a bit to make it work since you're going from direct drive to a bowden style setup. You'd probably need at least: 1x Stepper Driver https://www.geeetech.com/stepper-driver-a4988-with-heatsink-and-sticker-p-1007.html...

Re: M201 Crushing Z endstop with lead screws
Here's a video of the auto home and I press the endstop after it starts coming back down after the touch-off and you can see it moves at least and extra 2 mm. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gNoPyUSMdaA Is there a setting in the firmware that tells it how far to move after the endstop triggers? Re: M201 Crushing Z endstop with lead screws
If I push the endstop while it is still higher up, it will do the touch off and move as normal. The problem is that on it's slow approach, it seems to ignore the endstop and travel a preset distance since it goes past triggering the switch, if that makes any sense. I have the screw a bit tighter bec...
