:D Hi, You can swap the extruder wiring for viewing (do not swap the motor port wiring position on the motherboard)
If the operation can be performed normally after the exchange.
The motor wire is broken and the motor cannot run normally.

Hi, Black supplies may have higher temperature requirements.
You can try increasing the temperature by 5-10.

:D Hi, If your printer can upload firmware normally,
No need to press the reset button while uploading;
You can try the firmware again.
Then check if your wiring is loose and tighten the screen wiring.
Can your printer print via USB connection to a computer?

1. Check whether the hot-end wiring is loose, including the wiring on the motherboard;
2. Reflash the firmware;
3. There may be a problem with the chip on the motherboard.
