I just got my GS2pro put together installed firmware and when I try to connect is shuts down for min temp error. All temps are showing 0 deg tested board by shorting out pins to test for max temp like in another post they still read 0 deg. could this be a firmware issue or a bad board

just got printer together and loaded firmware. I get a min temp error on LCD and all teps read 0 deg I did some testing even if I unplug thermistors I still get 0 deg. Is board bad?
Or what do I need to do
