Improve Z-Axis precision

Hi everyone, I have a Geeetech Prusa I3 X and i noticed that the extruder don't move precisely when i move in Z axis, in fact, when I control Z axis, you can see the nozzle that describes a helical path. I think that will cause (or increase) the tipical "waves" on the vertical surface of the objects...

Ok, solved. The endstop it's ok but is broken the wire that connect it. I repaired it in 1 minute :D

Hi, thanks for reply
I checked the endstop wire and it's ok, i also try to invert the endstop of X axis with Y axis and in this case, the Y axis work good but the X axis has the same problem so i think it isn't a motor problem.
how can i resolve the problem?

i checked the connection and it is ok, but now i try to invert the wire of X and Y axis and the Y axis (controlled like a X axis) work good, and the X axis (controlled like a Y axis) don't work... it have the same problem that i write in the previous post.
So, i don't know... help me please :(
