hey I need some help with my a30t, the nozzle that came with it was printing with horrible quality so I tried to replace the nozzle, but when I tried unscrewing the nozzle (yes it was heated) it started stripping the nut with a super easy slip, and now I don't know how I'm supposed to get it out because instead of a hex nut, I have a circle

Hi, I thought I would post here a comment about the A30T._br_I have found that if one does not use multi colours for some time, the un-used feeds become gummed up in the print head, I assume due to long periods at the print temperature. There is after all, only one nozzle and heated chamber. If I want to use multiple colours, I have to disassemble the print head and clean/purge it._br_Another issue is that the 'filament end' sensors fail and I no longer buy replacements, but just short the connections to to maintain a connection._br_I have found the latest Simplify3D the best software to use, especially to fix stringing problems._br_To clean the glass heated bed, I use methylated spirits. The resulting bed adhesion is extremely good.

I replaced the hot end and no more temperature problems, but now i am getting (can't open gcode file), and it was having problems reading the SD card, I replaced the control board today with a brand new board, and it won't read the SD card loaded on the side of the machine, on the screen it says (SD card initialization Failed) but if u take the bottom off and insert it in the slot on the control board it will read it, it starts a print and after a bit it stops again with message 'cant open gcode file', I check and rechecked all connections are all good on my A30T.
Please take a few photos of the replacement parts. Is it the motherboard or the TF card board? If it can be identified, it may be a bad contact. Please disassemble the bottom plate and check whether the connection or port is loose? Please send pictures and problem description to support@geeetech.com Our technicians will help you.
Been having temperature fluctuations on my A30T lately, during printing the temp holds steady for a while then starts going up and down then an error 'message hot end to cold' and shuts down, then when I restart it again the extruder doesn't extrude right, would this be a control board problem.

the color mixer does not work for my a30t... it says that the gcode cannot be opened... it says is not supported temporaly.....tried also with esayprint lite and the gcode generated by the machine does not recognize it.... _br_Although it works perfectly with prusaslicer with color change... since prusaslicer I don't think it has a function to mix colors... what can I do. thank you

Having a gcode read file problem on my A30t, I start printing and after a little while it stops and says, can't open gcode file, I can restart the print and after a little bit it does it again, I can put the SD card in my A10t and have no problem, wondering if it could be a hotend or motherboard problem, and now I get humming noise when I turn it on, the software I use is Repetier-host, Easyprint 3D and Cura

a very good printer, fine, clean prints the color mixing - on the printer and with the software - works very well. However, due to the heavy plate, you must not choose the speeds too high otherwise it will not work. But it is not a printer for beginners who should start with a small 1 extruder printer. He is definitely a top printer!

hello, 700-001-1103 is what exactly used on A30T now. A30T printer does not support flecible filament, because the extruder is far from hotend. only our DIY printer like PRO B can support TPU .

Hi, yes can sold parts offline by email as the LCD and controller are not listed on the site. but A20T can not upgrade into A30T touch screen, it will not fit with A20T .
