Please, I have one endstop always triggered(Z endstop). I has printed some before this fail, tried upgrade firmware with and without 3DTOUCH (I have one ). Tried change cable to other endstop and then that get triggered._br_I can't use printer because the hotend never stop at bed (near crash)

Bonjour je me présente je m'appelle Yann j'ai récemment commandé une imprimante à 20 t le 13 janvier 2023 que j'ai reçu le 19 janvier 2023 à savoir que j'en suis à ma deuxième imprimante a20t que j'avais commandé sur un autre site j'en étais malgré tout très satisfait ce qui a fait que j'en ai recommandé une chez vous malheureusement cela ne se passe pas très bien la machine est arrivée complètement en vrac plateau pas serré du tout capteur ni beaucoup trop bas prise connecteur du hotend défectueuse que je dois faire tenir avec du scotch pour ne pas qu'elle se débranche malgré des heures et des heures de réglage il m'est toujours impossible de faire une impression correcte car le lit chauffant se dérègle sans arrêt je reviens vers vous parce que je ne sais pas si c'est un problème sur la machine ou si c'est juste un paramètre de réglage qui ne correspond pas et donc je n'ai pas encore trouvé la solution je ne vous cache pas que j'ai une énorme déception moi qui espérais profiter de très rapidement de cette nouvelle machine ce n'est pas le cas à l'heure actuelle mais je ne désespère pas et j'espère que vous pourrez m'aider à trouver une solution en attendant une réponse de votre part je me tiens à votre disposition cordialement

This is my Third 3D printer. My first was a Geeetech. Notice I came Back! This one unlike my First one needed alot less tweaking on the movement measurements, Great job Geeetech! Out of the box first test print was acceptable! the three Extruder's for the color, for color changing needed the most attention, I end up with a different software for Configuring them before Slicing. ( My problem with understanding ) I'm just starting the color mixing with the 3 into 1 and find it fun at this point in the learning curve! _br_ Over ALL I find this 3D Printer a challenged and Pleasant for it's value and it's size!!! A challenge for it's complexity in mixing and Extruder changes in the slicing process. Pleasant in it's straight forward use as a 3D printer! THANK YOU Geeetech!!!!

Beware when "Updating" the software, I went through [3] three of them, and every time I would "Update" the software the system would freeze up, to the point of making me send it back and get another, I did this three times before giving up until they fixed the problem, is it fixed then??
