PS: rmrodriges ... this is also appearently your Problem with the Display as well, please check it yourself before modifying it with your multimeter... :)

Yep. it should be the same problem because the vendor is the same.
Did you change the connectors position? Could you post some photos please?

Hello again,
Yes, for the LCD12864 from bigtree-tech the connectors should have been mounted 180° turned, but here I have a modification.
All you have to do is just to turn the cable connectors 180°.

Still, please do the checks with a multi meter before retrying, I take no responsibility if it is not working for everyone !!
Be warned and measure first before damaging your equipment . :)
I just know it worked out for me and with the bigtree-tech LCD12864...
In the attachment is a small image, which might help...

i am getting same problem.Please let me know should i cut all the wires and rotate 180digree connection ? or cut and swap frist pin and last pin?

Hi All

I am having the same problem a blank screen and a red led number D8 by the heater 2 connection on my GT2560. I know it is an old thread but if any one can help I really do need it,,, ;)
