Auto-leveling problem and broken spider

Hi,

I have Delta Rostock G2 mini. After proper setup I ran auto-leveling routine using G29 command. It went normally for the first 4 or 5 measuring points, but then Y axis alone started to slowly move down and broke one of spider's mount (see attached picture).

Can I have a replacement? Also I'd like to have a file to print out new spider because I dont want to wait a month for new part.
