Temperature is very unstable

Extruder and bed temperature is very unstable. Even if extruder and bed are cold the temperature is changing +-2.5 degree. It is not normal.

Hi，maybe you should adjust the PID, you can refer to this:https://reprap.org/wiki/PID_Tuning

I already did it, many times, it doesn't help.

Hi，you can pull the thermistor out of heater block to check whether the rubber tube covers the thermistor itself.
