Extruder Insert / Hotend Captive Heatbreak / Hot End Fix

Hello everyone, after I now had problems with under extrusion on my A10 during some longer prints, I came across this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1DgpkZXn_28&t=309s) with upgrades to Ender 3. Especially the first tip, until about 3:45, seems very interesting to me, because I'm convinced that this problem has already occurred with me. Have any of you had any experience with this kind of upgrade? I haven't found anything similar to the A10, but I would like to implement it. Unfortunately I won't be back home for 2 weeks, so I wanted to continue researching and possibly design the first prototype if I could get the technical drawings of the extruder of the A10. Maybe someone can help me with that.
