How to detach the printed thing from the surface?

Hello @ community,

yesterday I got my new A10. After only 2 hours the first print was started.
But now I have the problem, that I cant remove the printed thing from the surface. I tried with hammer and spatula/scraper but there is no chance to get it from the surface. So I decided to destroy the printed thing and take the smaller parts from the surface. Now the surface is clean, but the printed thing is destroyed in 100 pieces
I have read, that I should do some glue on the surface before printing. Is that correct?
BTW: the black geeetech-pad that came with the new A10 got some little bubbles when the bed it heat up to ~ 60°

So my questions:
Is glue the solution for the first problem?
Would glass be a better solution instead of the black geeetech-surface?

Hi, If you use the Mylar version, the distance between the hot bed and the nozzle is two sheets of leveling paper;
If air bubbles occur, you can remove the Mylar sheet and reinstall it;
If the printed model is difficult to remove, you can try heating the model and using a shovel to remove it.
