I have just assembled an A10M. When I went to connect it to the pc to update the firmware for 3D Touch. I get a problem where the pc recognises the printer on the port, but all the programs say "The connection failed with the following error a device connected to the system is not functioning" and will not connect.
I have checked the Sysytem paramaters e.g. Baud Rate is 250000 etc.
It is showing RAMPS (COM4) in Device Manager. I have run trobleshooting on the device but Windows can't find any errors.
Can anybody help me to resolve this.
I have shown the error message and the conection in Device manager in the attach files.

Thank you for the reply's to my post. I have download the correct drivers and the printer is now communicating with the PC.
