Honestly, I don't understand the script. In the comments it says "all used Extruder", but in the commands T0 is hardcoded. I only know Cura so far, but there are different tools with different Tx names, i.e. T0 to T7.
I don't understand the meaning of a script like that either, if I'm honest. In Cura the start code is inserted behind the temperature settings of the slicer. Even if the script would insert the current temperatures for bed and material, it would at best double the temperature assignments. In the worst case, it will cause the temperature assignments to be wrong.
It may be that other slicers work differently and it makes sense. As I said, I'm not familiar with that yet, I've only been working with 3D printing for a few weeks. But I don't think it makes any sense in a Cura profile.
