Hello, I bought a used 3D WiFi module. If i try to bound it there ist always the message the printer has been bound to another device,please check it.
Reset I tried without success. Can anyone help me?


I'm using the new easyprint app.

I expect that the previous owner did not execute the "unbind" option before he resold his module to you.

And this situation will probably only be solved by GT staff.
So contact them.

Remember to enter the serial number of the module in the message.
