I believe you are right. But I did check on the rods and they are straight. However when print, sometimes it might show “wobble” defects from random height.... even I have printed and install anti-wobble parts for this printer.

Any solution to this or is it a manufacturer defect?

Any place to get a different design body frame and mount all the parts to there? Or suggestion to DIY some other frame to solve this issue? Thx.

Unreliable and random wobbles at different heights....

Any 3D parts recommend to enforce the frame? Or recommendation purchase for another frame (parts).

The Geeetech wood-based frame I think has few design defects as all the mounted place/knobs/pegs are all fitted perfectly but still the print result is producing issues.

I see... I thought the wood is not as good as a metal frame. Then I have to try patiently to find what happened.

This photo clearly show "bad temperature" - too high.

Try to use fan on the hotend with same settings. PLA need fan a lot.

TIP: tight all screws and wheels (except right side of Z axis) and re-align frame while assembly. And silence it.

Does Geeetech selling frame as spare parts? I wish to swap the components to metal/plastic/aluminium/etc. frame if this model can’t be resolve. However I try my best to see what alternative solutions or even if possible to print another frame or part of it. Thx.

I use the default settings, at 200c temperature in Slic3r. Will install a fan soon. However not sure will it resolves the wobble issue.

I found out that when start printing, the extruder doesn’t lift up and then lift down to the bed before printing. Rather it straight goes to the bed horizontally. That has cause my fan to knock on the bed screw at times.... and might also knock on the glass too.

Any settings I left out to do a proper printing?

Without fan, can I reduce the temperature at 180c to get a good proper print result?

Wobbling is natural feature of that Prusa-like printers. Prusa is programmer, not mechanical engineer and all constructions include modern one.... are bad. How many programmers are needed to change bulb? Old joke...

Now it starts not extruding ... more and more new problems coming out. Will need patients to troubleshoot each issue.

Hi, You may need to check if your gcode is correct, and maybe a slice error will also cause the print to abort.
But how does your hot bed temperature not heat up, you can check if your hot bed line is fully connected to the motherboard.
-Keep your mind and try to test it. :)
