Yes, Did took notes from everyone of you. Thanks guys! Now seems solved mostly all the issues mentioned earlier, by troubleshooting one after the other, one step at a time.

Besides overheat extrusion, most issues are due to initial bad calibration on the bed, which earlier thought done perfectly, but later found out that the heat beat is wobble as well when shaken. Therefore I use 2 pcs A4 papers giving more gaps and trying to configure first layer extrusion to have more gap.... or in future use some glue stick to fill up the extra gap. No more nozzle blockage... and verified consider “good” bed levelling from some sample prints.

I can’t default 60c for heat beat. Everytime print I need to set manually. Did tried saving the settings in the printer, but cannot.

The print abort is done by me due to bad first layer printing.

Will do more test prints and fine tune as it goes. Still will check all wobbling scenarios from X, Y, Z....

Hi, may I know what is wrong? I’m using the same GCODE for this test and seems print result is different. I don’t think is overheat or wobble issue now. Thx.

UPDATE: Most probably is overheated extrusion. I tried another version printing without heated bed activated, and seems almost resolve the issue. Not sure how and why. Still exploring this hardware... (not yet install nozzle cooling fan), and also trying other slicer software. Not dependent on Slic3r default settings but using another custom slicer seems doing a proper job.

Let me know if you have other suggestions and tips. Thx.

Yeah... did check the results from several prints. But some prints using Slic3r have poor quality results when using the default settings. So I used back my old slicer software and strictly doing comparison based on there.

Extrusion Fan did play an important role, but once install the fan I guess the extrusion temperature need to increase. Found the sweet spot at 200c/60c with fan (255) activated. My fan configuration is not recommended as it is not from direct channel at the board rather an extension, due to not able to find the extra connector/cable.

Here are my result photos for sharing.

Let me know if the print quality can further improve and also hopefully able to solve the wobble issue. It appears wobbling happened at random area.

Extrusion fan wiring (not recommended) and Geeetech should provide this as compulsory parts.

Im having the exact opposite problem. After bed leveling the first 2 layers print fine but then its as if the Z-Axis is not raising fast enough. Ive sent the G code but no change. I have the M8 threaded rod. Please advise

Important tips
1 Always Level the bed hot before your first print.

2 always make sure your extruder is pushing out the correct amount of plastic and set your filament size to 1.75mm by Default in your firmware

3 perform a M303 Auto Temp E0 "M303 E0 C8 S200 and Bed " M303 E-1 C8 S90" add those values to your PID temp settings.

4 clean your nozzle when you first get your printer. Use a cleaner filament you only need about 200mm for a DDE and 350mm for the Bowden

5 first chance you get replace your glass bed with a aluminum PCB with a PTFE mat build plate

sounds like you need to calibrate your e steps for your X,Y,Z and make sure your Extrude is working property and you need this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K-3YuzdeO2M
