Z axis torq problem.

hi, i have assembled the I3 Pro w over the weekend, and initially all tree axis had problem (both X/y strap werent tight enough, quick fix)
but i'm still struggling with the Z axis torq, i tried fiddle with the placement of the flexible coupler but i never get it to run smootly.
it just kind of try to move, but can only turn if i gently apply presur with a finder on each motor ... :\
i tried the following position on the coupler half and half to buttom. (this one was the worst ...)
then first part (where the screw) for each it seem's a lot easier for it to move but it's still not enough torq to make it move.
so what am i doing wrong with this one anyone have a picture of a working setup for this part ?.
I also tried putting lithium grease on the threaded rod and bearing it seem's to help a bit but still no free movement both way.
