BLTouch Bed Level Sensor & Dual Extruder?

Are there any tips or tricks to install the BLTouch bed level sensor on a Prusa i3 Pro C dual extruder printer?

If that can't be done, what do I need to do to convert the printer to single extruder? I don't do a whole lot of two filament printing. I would like to enjoy the luxury of auto bed leveling though. I think the BLT can be installed on a single extruder Geeetech printer.
