Extruder broke the Filament

Dear:
I buyed a geeetech Delta Rostock 301, i assembled and i perform all adjustement but still i cant print.
When i print the filament broke into the extruder. to be more precise in the point where the filament is pressed by motor and wheel.
I suspect that the pressure is exesive for PLA but i cannot find how adjust the pressure.
This happen every 5/10 minutes so is impossible print something.

I have 2 filaments, one come with the printer and another that i buy in argentine. Both are broken in the same point.

someone know how i can adjust the extruder pressure over the filament?

if I understood correctly ...
modify the number of stepper motor steps per 1mm
