no port available for auto select

i have a new printer M201 , it will not communicate with my laptop , i have installed drivers ,but keep getting no port available for auto select . no port shows up for the printer in device manager . there are 2 leds amber lights on board which light up when i disconnect usb printer lead .
i had a printer before which i never got to work properly so bought this one . i am at my wits end , any help please . the ports dont show up on printer settings to choose , they work other items when i plug them in

1, Have you checked if the driver that you install is the right one?

2, The baud rate is 115200 for M201.
3, Sometimes update the driver can fix some problem.

4, If it still doesn't help, you can delete the driver, close the firewall, then download the driver and reinstall it.

Thanks for your intetest , i have downloaded driver and it says its the latest ,and also working , i have tried another laptop , downloaded driver and R host , but still same answers

the board has been replaced and now connects ,thanks to all who posted
