O.k. I finally have the stringing fixed.

Recalibrated the extruders to about 400 pulses per mm.

Loosened the extruder tension all the way and then tightened back 2.5 turns.

The biggest improvement came with changing out the bowden tube fittings on the extruders. The stock fittings were not holding the tube tight enough causing erratic retraction.

Big tip that I had to find out the hard way. The boden tubes on this machine have an O.D. of almost exactly 4mm. I replaced them with ones from my CR10S. I had massive jamming for almost a week until I realized that the tubes I installed were aprox 4.15mm and were too large to seat in the hot end. The boden tubes on this machine have to be fully inserted almost 50mm.

Attached is the FFF that I am currently using.

Woops... I made a typo on the retraction and wipe settings. I set the primary extruder too high.

Here is the update without the mistake.

This ought to work for the A20m except for the print dimensions, right?

It should work after you change the dimensions.

I just found out that this profile isn't flagged properly as a dual color profile in simplify3d.

I have fixed that in my current version.

I'm at Gallifrey one convention in Los Angeles right now.

I'll post it as soon as I get back home Tuesday.

your slow print profile served a lot since I did not know what to do with the printer. If there was a profile for the double extruder it would be great. Have a nice day

Sorry for the late reply. I wanted to make sure the profile was as good as I could get.

I have attached 2 profiles, a standard one and one for if you have a touch sensor installed.

Both profiles now work with Simplify3d dual extrusion wizard.

**Touch Sensor profile only**
The touch sensor profile has a complex start script.

It keeps the head at a max of 150 degrees so that the nozzle doesn't leak while it is doing the 9 point bed level.

If you need to change extruder temp with the Touch sensor profile, you will have to change the start script line
"M109 S195 ; Set extruder temp and wait to be reached" The number after the S is your extruder temp
