Post by CJCoe » Thu Aug 09, 2018 5:27 am

I don't know why but when I go to print something, the print head moves into position but is about 7mm above the print bed, even after leveling. can someone please help.

If yes, then they should have different steps, send Gcode"M92 Z400" and then send"M500" through slicer software to change it.

Can repetier host succefully connect to your printer?
If yes, then you can send this two gcode through manual control->G-Code.
M92 Z400: change the setp/mm for Z-axis
M500: saving to EEPROM

@alvarofox88
You need to check the baud rate of the slice software setting at first.
Command waiting means the USB connect have a problem with it.
Pls check it.
