My extruder Motor does not move when in the extruder port. I have tested it with the y port and it works.
The driver works. I am not sure what to do!

you also test the driver too? Swap the driver with Y-axis, can the extruder motor works?
If not, then it might be the problem of mainboard, you can use the extra slot, but need to redefine pins configuration first:
